Ruth ChesterÑGraduated in English literature from the University of East Anglia and subsequently completed an MPhil in Medieval Language, literature and Culture at Trinity College Dublin. Currently a part time PhD student at the university of LeedsÕ Centre for Dante studies, she is carrying out research on DanteÕs uses of Òreason and faithÓ in the Divina Commedia. The scholarship is granted to help Ruth become a full time student.
Anne-Marie EzeÑGraduated in Classics from University College London, she is currently a PhD student in History of Art at the Courtauld Institute. Our scholarship is granted for a proposal to catalogue illuminated miniatures excised from Italian Medieval and Renaissance manuscripts at the British Library.
Annalisa GastaldelloÑGraduated in Medical Biotechnology from the University of Padua, she then became a research fellow at the same university. Our scholarship is a contribution to support a period of research training at the Department of Basic Science of the Royal Veterinary College, University of London, on the role of Mitochondrial Benzodiazapine Receptor in Human Cancer Cells.
