DESCRIPTION:Il Circolo Under 40 with Chef Federica invites you to the secon
 d edition of our Pasta Cooking Class &amp\; Dinner – Back to the Basics.
  We will be diving into the culinary traditions of Sardinia. \n\nWe will 
 spend an evening together\, dedicated to handmade pasta and conviviality\,
  led by Chef Federica\, an Italian private chef based in London.\n\nTogeth
 er we'll hand-shape malloreddus\, traditional Sardinian 'semola' and water
  gnocchetti\, a true staple of Sardinian culinary tradition. We'll then si
 t down to enjoy our creations served with a fresh tomato sauce\, scented 
 with fresh basil and finished with aged Pecorino Sardo.\nHosted at the Dom
 us 259 wine bar\, guests can pair their pasta with a carefully selected wi
 ne or soft drink of their choice.\nA chance to return to the basics of Ita
 lian cooking — learning by doing in a relaxed\, social atmosphere.\nMeet
 -up point: 7.30 pm inside the restaurant\, for the class to start at 8 pm
