Il Circolo Under 40 with Chef Federica invites you to the second edition of our Pasta Cooking Class & Dinner – Back to the Basics. We will be diving into the culinary traditions of Sardinia.
We will spend an evening together, dedicated to handmade pasta and conviviality, led by Chef Federica, an Italian private chef based in London.
Together we’ll hand-shape malloreddus, traditional Sardinian ‘semola’ and water gnocchetti, a true staple of Sardinian culinary tradition. We’ll then sit down to enjoy our creations served with a fresh tomato sauce, scented with fresh basil and finished with aged Pecorino Sardo.
Hosted at the Domus 259 wine bar, guests can pair their pasta with a carefully selected wine or soft drink of their choice.
A chance to return to the basics of Italian cooking — learning by doing in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
Meet-up point: 7.30 pm inside the restaurant, for the class to start at 8 pm sharp!
